• Event & Booking Details: Event dates, locations, venue specifications, run-of-show schedules, key speaker lists, and specific photography shot lists.
• Payment & Financial Data: Billing addresses, invoice records, payment transaction metadata, and check/credit card details (processed securely via third-party merchant gateways).
• Visual Media & Work Product: Digital photographs, raw files, retouched images, and video media captured during booked commercial and event sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize collected information solely to perform photography services and fulfill legal and operational obligations:

• To consult with clients regarding desired images, schedules, and event logistics prior to sessions.
• To perform on-site commercial, headshot, and event photography services.
• To host, edit, and deliver digital imagery via password-protected or secure online galleries.
• To invoice fees, process retainer payments, and maintain official corporate accounting records.
• To communicate project updates, PR highlight deliveries, and gallery expiration notices.

3. Online Gallery Delivery & Asset Access

In accordance with our commercial agreements, edited images are delivered and accessible in secure digital galleries. Online galleries remain active for ninety (90) days following the session date unless otherwise specified in writing. Access links and credentials are provided exclusively to the client and authorized representatives.

4. Confidential Information & Client Protection

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards regarding proprietary business affairs, trade secrets, sensitive third-party details, and non-public event info disclosed during our engagements. We protect confidential data with commercially reasonable safeguards and will not disclose sensitive corporate information to third parties except as required by law or to authorized representatives who require access to assist in service execution.

5. Copyright, Portfolio & Promotional Usage

Unless explicitly restricted under a signed written agreement, Connie Hobbs Photography LLC retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights in created images. Per our standard agreements:

• Clients receive a non-exclusive license for commercial, advertising, marketing, website, PR, and internal business use upon full payment.
• The Company reserves the right to use images for portfolio display, website showcases, social media accounts, marketing materials, and professional exhibitions.
• If your event or project involves sensitive or proprietary content requiring marketing restriction, specific non-disclosure or portfolio opt-outs must be executed in writing.

6. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with trusted third-party service providers (such as online gallery platforms, cloud storage hosts, merchant payment processors, and web developers) strictly as needed to deliver services under this agreement.

7. Applicable Law & Legal Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and all matters related to website privacy or data protection shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Dauphin County, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
